Wilson Street I is a two-residence development designed to balance efficient use of the site with the material quality and detailing expected of a contemporary private home.

The development combines double-storey accommodation with a studio positioned above the garage, creating additional usable space while maintaining a considered residential scale.

Architectural Approach

The exterior combines rendered masonry with lightweight Scyon cladding, balconies, skylights and Colorbond roofing to create depth and variation across the building.

Internally, engineered timber flooring and porcelain finishes are complemented by custom two-pack cabinetry, marble benchtops and integrated Miele appliances.

Natural light, material consistency and carefully resolved interior detailing give the residences an identity beyond conventional multi-unit development.

Construction & Site

Retaining structures and bored-pier foundations formed an important part of the early construction works, requiring careful coordination of site levels, structure and subsequent building works.
