Internal finish: Bluestone tiles and engineered timber floor to ground floor, carpet and engineered timber floor to first floor, porcelain tiles, custom made timber veneer kitchen cabinets with Caesarstone benchtop, metal spiral stairs from first floor to roof terrace, Ezy jamb internal doors, Miele appliances, VRV heating and cooling system, solar photovoltaic system.
