Type: Stump footings, ground floor brick veneer, first floor render and timber cladding, colour bond roofing.
Internal finish: Hardwood timber floor, porcelain tile, vinyl wrap kitchen cabinets with Caesar Stone bench top, central ducted heating with a refrigerated cooling system.
