Project Description: Four units development, double storey.
Type: Concrete slabs, ground floor brick veneer, first floor polystyrene render finish, concrete roof tiles.
Internal finish: Hardwood timber floor, porcelain tiles, custom made two pac kitchen cabinets with Caesarstone bench top, central ducted heating with a refrigerated cooling system.
Site information: Sloping site, retaining walls, bored piers.
